1. All customers must complete a registration for Nicholls Rewards 2025/26. Just visit: www.testdbnicholls.buzztestserver.co.uk.
2. Once registered to the scheme you will receive a monthly email linking you to your “Rewards” page where you can view your updated spend.
3. Click redeem on any level you reach and choose your reward.
4. Your redemption request will then be viewed and authorised by John Nicholls* (see Terms & Conditions).
5. Upon approval your money will be uploaded onto your Love2Shop card or a credit note will be issued.
6. If you selected a Love2Shop card, it will be delivered to your local John Nicholls branch for collection at your convenience. For those who selected a credit note it will be loaded onto your John Nicholls account.
   *If you have already received a Love2shop card during Nicholls Rewards this card will continue to be topped up for any redemptions during Nicholls Rewards 25-26.
7. Activate your Love2Shop card on “Manage my card” section of www.love2shop.co.uk – all cards must be activated to allow you to spend.
8. Use your hard-earned rewards at any of the available retailers. Alternatively, you can call 0345 077 4444 to book your travel by phone.
